The Challenge

The farm's operations team managed subscriptions, billing, and customer communications through a patchwork of spreadsheets and manual processes. Reconciling weekly billing against actual deliveries took hours and was error-prone. New customer onboarding required manually sending welcome emails with location-specific pickup details. As the subscriber base grew across more pickup locations, the manual workload scaled with it — and the team was hitting a ceiling.

The Solution

We designed and built a full operations platform: a CRM for managing customers, subscriptions, and weekly orders; a billing reconciliation dashboard that automatically surfaces missed, incorrect, or skipped charges; and an automated email and SMS workflow that triggers the right communication to the right customer at the right time. The system integrates with the farm's existing payment processor, handles proration for mid-month sign-ups, and generates delivery rosters for each pickup location. Built on Cloudflare Workers for fast, low-maintenance, scalable infrastructure.
